Julie Hampshire and JackHi. My name is Julie Hampshire and All things learning is my company.

I am a single mum of an adorable 9 year old young man called Jack. Everything I do and say comes from personal experience having lead a varied, full and eventful life so far – and it’s certainly not over yet!

I have over 18 years experience of training, coaching and personal development. Motivating and supporting others to ‘be the best they can be’ has always been my passion, is where I thrive and what I’m good at. I help create the desire to change – and this for me is when learning happens.

I am the main Life Coach within the company but when necessary I have a wealth of associates I can call on for support.

If you’re ready to make a change in your life, or to at least listen to some options and choices you, or the people you work, with might have, contact us on 07519 314546.

The education system helps our young people learn many varied and wonderful facts. It helps them achieve fantastic academic qualifications so they can follow their chosen career path.

However, many young people finish school or college without many fundamental life skills. They are unaware of the effect of body language, they have limited communication skills and have no realisation of how to influence and negotiate.

We work with young people, in groups or 1 to 1 to create an awareness of these skills and to identify clearly kids sittingthe benefit of using them and behaving well.

The tools learnt tie in perfectly with the PLTS unit in the 14-19 Diploma which includes questioning and listening skills, interpreting body language, how to behave well in a working environment and much more.

When a baby comes along we undertake the biggest change we will ever encounter in our lives. Nothing can prepare us for the emotional journey we begin to travel, it can lead to uncertainty, confusion, insecurity and stress.

All things learning can help you be the best parent you can possibly be – through helping you to recognise and believe the value you bring to the family unit by building your self esteem - and isn’t that what your children deserve? We help you recognise that you are as important as the child or children in the family.

Linking in with the Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) and Incredible Years Programme, we workparenting with new and expectant parents to help them retain their own identity, deal with relationships with partners and other children, and show how becoming a suitable role model can have a massive impact on the lives and behaviour of their children.

you're right!'

Who isn’t or hasn’t been stuck in a rut at one time or another? Unemployed, sick, relationship breakdown, bereavement, depression - it can be like falling into a pit with Vaseline walls – every time you try and claw your way out you just slide back down again.

Life coaching gives you the tools and techniques to build a ladder to climb out of the pit. To take responsibility and do it yourself, and because you do it yourself you’ll always know how to do it again, should you ever need to. group jumping

done, you always get what you've
always got'

Change is a constant in all our lives. When we decide on a change for ourselves it’s exciting and right. When it’s forced on us by others it becomes scary and frustrating.

But change is also what we need to do if we want to feel and act differently about ourselves and the life we lead. On many occasions, that is the stumbling block, the thing that gets in the way and stops us achieving and succeeding.

butterflyLife coaching shows you how to change and love doing it. Done and planned well, any change is a great opportunity to stop doing what‘s bad for you and start doing things better. It’s a frame of mind and your mind, like a computer, can be programmed – you just need to learn how to do it.
